Date : The first full week-end of March.
Dates for 2000 : from 18 March 00:00 UTC to 19 March 23:59 UTC
Dates for 2001 : from 17 March 00:00 UTC to 18 March 23:59 UTC

Categories :

SO : Mono-operator
SO/TRC - Mono-operator TRC member
MO - Multi-operator
MO/TRC : Multi-operators TRC members
No mode restriction.

Exchange : report + progressive number (starting with 001)

Points : 10 points per contact with TRC station

1 point per contact with non-TRC stations

Multipliers : Contact with new division (by AT division list) counts one
multiplier. Each contact with new TRC division counts one  multiplier.

Final score: Total points  x  multipliers

Awards :

Trophies for the top three in categories SO and MO.
Trophies + 500, 300 and 200 TRC QSLs for the top three in categories
SO/TRC and MO/TRC.
Special diploma for all participants.

A copy of the log should be sent along with a dated and signed summary sheet
to Nasko, PO Box 49, 6100 Kazanlak, Bulgaria before the first Monday of
April (3rd of April for the year 2000), postmark.

The logs can also be sent via internet to qsl@kz.orbitel.bg (ASCII file).

Results will be published during the TRC meeting (August of each year).
People who can not attend the meeting will receive their trophy/diploma via
mail.
